How do I meet the driver at Cruise Port?
The driver will be waiting for you at the designated passenger pick-up area outside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name. After disembarking and clearing port security, simply follow the exit signs to the arrivals area — the meeting point is easy to locate.
How long does it take to go from one airport to the other?
The ride between the two main airports in Mexico City — Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) and Felipe Ángeles International Airport (NLU) — takes between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes by car, and during rush hours it can take significantly longer. We recommend allowing at least 3 to 4 hours between flights if you need to make a connection between these two airports. If your connection involves Toluca International Airport (TLC), be aware that the road distance is over 60 kilometers, and travel time can vary greatly depending on traffic. Always allow a generous time window for airport transfers to avoid stress or missed flights.
How long it takes to travel between Airports and Cruise Port?
The ride between Mexico City Airports (MEX or NLU) and the Cruise Port in Veracruz takes between two and two and a half hours of driving time, and it can be longer during rush hours. The distance is approximately 120 kilometers by road. We strongly recommend allowing a generous time window for this connection to ensure a smooth and stress-free transfer.
